South: Clackamas River at Carver Bridge to Hwy 99E
West: Hwy 99E to SE Caruthers St to SE Water Ave to SE Hawthorne Blvd to I-5 to Columbia River.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). To be considered for a market survey, expressions of interest must also include the following information:
1. Building name, address, and age.
2. Location of space in the building and date of availability.
3. Rentable square feet (RSF) offered and rate per RSF.
4. ANSI/BOMA office area/usable square feet (ABOA SF) offered.
5. Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space.
6. Evidence of exclusive representation (for brokers/representatives).
7. Map showing the building is located within the delineated area.
8. Proof that the location is outside the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain.
9. Evidence that the six “Additional Requirements” noted above are met or can be made to be met.
