This contract provides for a broad range of commercial services, supplies and maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects on real property. Work will be performed in various locations and is expected to be completed by September 2028. This contract was a competitive acquisition and 21 offers were received. Fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $17,500 are being obligated at time of award.
