Doyon Management Services LLC, Federal Way, Washington (FA8201-22-D-0013); DSB-RLR II JV LLC, American Fork, Utah (FA8201-22-D-0014); GE JV LLC, Layton, Utah (FA8201-22-D-0015); Nomlaki Technologies LLC, West Sacramento, California (FA8201-22-D-0006); NVE-HHI, Cedar Valley, Utah (FA8201-22-D-0007); RHI LLC, West Haven, Utah (FA8201-22-D-0011); Rio Vista Management LLC, West Jordan, Utah (FA8201-22-D-0010); Sahara Palms Inc., Fruitland, Utah (FA8201-22-D-0012); and West Coast JV LLC, Coos Bay, Oregon (FA8201-22-D-0008), have been awarded an estimated maximum $385,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award construction contract. This contract provides for general construction services at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and Utah Air National Guard Base, Utah. The work is expected to be completed by Sept. 23, 2028. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and 16 offers were received. Fiscal 2022 Air Force working capital funds in the amount of $22,500 will be obligated at the time of award. Hill AFB, Utah, is the contracting activity.
