R4 INTEGRATION INC

R4-Integration, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, was awarded a $74,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to procure and integrate the KuKa Beyond Line-of-Sight (BLOS) Communication Suite into HC-130J aircraft. This contract provides for the purchase of 39 KuKa BLOS Communication Suite systems, to include all necessary hardware and software components for integration into the aircraft, integration, and testing of trial kits, followed by production of kits, spares, installation of kits, technical data publications, emergency services, and satellite communication services for both communication bands. Work will be performed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona; Moody AFB, Georgia; Kirtland AFB, New Mexico; Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska; Moffet Federal Airfield, California; Gabreski Air National Guard Base, New York; and Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, and is expected to be completed by June 27, 2030. This contract was a sole source commercial acquisition. Fiscal 2025 Accelerate the Procurement and Fielding of Innovative Technologies procurement funds and National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account funds in the amount of $23,092,379 are being obligated at the time of award.
