NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Mclean, Virginia, was awarded an undefinitized contract action letter contract with a not-to-exceed ceiling value of $49,000,000 for Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS) sustainment. This contract provides contractor logistics support and engineering services for the JTAGS program. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and various locations globally, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2027. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $13,500,000; and fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $5,500,000 are being obligated at time of award. Space Systems Command Directorate of Contracting, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity (FA8815-26-C-B002).
