This order provides comprehensive diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages management services for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Air System, including supply chain monitoring, subcontractor oversight, obsolescence management, technology refresh planning, inventory assessments, and cost forecasting. This effort supports identification and mitigation of obsolete or unavailable parts and materials, preventing production disruptions and ensuring the long-term sustainment and operational readiness of the F-35 fleet in support of the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and F-35 Program Partners. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (32.43%); Palm Bay, Florida (9.03%); Orlando, Florida (8.44%); San Diego, California (7.23%); El Segundo, California (4.11%); Owego, New York, (4.1%); Cedar Rapids, Iowa, (3.86%); Elma, New York (2%); McKinney, Texas (2%); Nashua, New Hampshire (1.97%); Rolling Meadows, Illinois (1.52%); Alpharetta, Georgia (1.15%); various locations within the continental U.S (20.16%); and various locations outside the continental U.S. (2.0%), and is expected to be completed by December 2031. Fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $5,932,808; fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,932,807; and F-35 program partner funds in the amount of $2,642,704, will be obligated at the time if award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
