Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $2,293,000,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide initial non-recurring sustainment activities and services, including site activation, interim contractor support, fleet management, and reliability and maintainability improvement plan in support of establishing new operational sites, one-time setup of both land-based and at-sea fleet support operations including initial engineering and technical sustainment services the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter Air Systems for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Foreign Military Sales customers, and F-35 Cooperative Program Partners. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (85%); and Orlando, Florida (15%), and is expected to be completed in December 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract action was not competed.
