Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, was awarded a $60,602,848 cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost (no-fee) contract for AEGIS ship integration and test in support of surface combatant ships and related tactical sites. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $1,383,266,817. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (36%); Norfolk, Virginia Beach (25%); Bath, Maine (11%); Pascagoula, Mississippi (10%); San Diego, California (9%); Deveselu, Romania (4%); Redzikowo, Poland (3%); and various other locations (2%), and is expected to be completed by June 2027. If all options are exercised, work will continue through June 2036. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $8,241,953 (43%); fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,099,931 (27%); fiscal 2024 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,117,108 (16%); fiscal 2020 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $797,786 (4%); fiscal 2017 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $716,800 (4%); fiscal 2023 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount $692,633 (4%); and fiscal 2021 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $370,891 (2%), will be obligated at time of award, of which $8,241,953 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
