BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, Minnesota, is awarded a $47,000,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-23-G-5305 to procure two MK 45 Mod 2 to Mod 4 upgrades. Work will be performed in Louisville, Kentucky, and is expected to be completed by March 2028. Fiscal 2022 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $23,500,000 (50%); and fiscal 2023 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $23,500,000 (50%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) (only one responsible source and other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
