Clark Nexsen-Michael Baker JV, Charlotte, North Carolina, is awarded a $95,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineer (A-E) contract for A-E services in support of large projects primarily in the Hampton Roads, Virginia, area of operations.
