Rockwell Collins Simulation and Training Solutions LLC, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is awarded a $21,245,490 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of technical refreshes and capability upgrades to existing E-2D Hawkeye training systems, including enhancements to flight trainers, system integration laboratories, Special Projects Advanced Readiness Trainer Afloat/Ashore devices, Joint Simulation Environment integration, distributed mission testing capabilities, virtual maintenance training, instructor/operator training, and associated technical documentation in support of maintaining current training capabilities and fleet readiness for the Navy. Work will be performed in Sterling, Virgina (45%); Norfolk, Virgina (20%); Tampa, Florida (20%); Point Mugu, California (10%); and Iwakuni, Japan (5%), and is expected to be completed by June 2028. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) in the amount of $16,154,457; fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $4,711,490; and fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $379,543.
