Lockheed Martin Corp., Orlando, Florida, was awarded an undefinitized contract action with a not-to-exceed of $66,759,431 for the AH-64 Apache Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (MTADS/PNVS) performance-based logistics program, including all obsolescence, replacement configurations, and redesigns found only on the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter, as well as peculiar ground support equipment in active use by the military in support of the MTADS/PNVS system. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $382,051,127. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2026. Fiscal 2026 service funds in the amount of $66,759,431 were obligated at the time of the award.
