INTRODUCTION:

The Government has a requirement for design, fabrication and delivery of high-performance replacement cooling coil assemblies and auxiliary equipment. Details may be found in the attached Attachment 1 - DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO).

For access to this documents, please email the Contracting Officer the request and include your company’s CAGE code. Once JCP and CMMC status are confirmed, the document will be sent encrypted via DoD SAFE.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE:

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 332410 - Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing; however, other recommendations will be considered.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

Responses should include:

1. Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e-mail address of company point of contact.
2. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number.
3. Overview of company’s technical capabilities.

Submission: Provide your company’s overview of technical capabilities to meet the subject requirement no later than 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on 30 September 2026, via email to Ms. Haley Smith at haley.smith.10@us.af.mil.
