Please be informed that this combined synopsis/solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) has been reopened and amended. 

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to reopen the RFQ and extend the quotation due date. Additionally, this amendment revises and simplifies the quote submission instructions in RFO 52.212-1 and evaluation factors in RFO 52.212-2.

Quotation Due Date: August 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM MT. 

An acknowledgement of this amendment is required with the submission of your quotation.

*IMPORTANT* 

To be accepted for evaluation, submitted quotations in response to this solicitation must include quotation submission requirements listed in the revised provision RFO 52.212-1.

Quotations received that are missing any requirement listed in the revised provision RFO 52.212-1 WILL NOT be accepted for evaluation.

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the quotation due date. 

As a reminder, please review the provisions RFO 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 in their entirety prior to submitting a quote to ensure your quote can be accepted for evaluation. These provisions are found in Section 5 - Provisions within the document labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0297.

Additionally, an acknowledgement of this amendment is required with the submission of your quotation.

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
   
   Solicitation number 1305M326Q0297 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-priced purchase order providing a renewal of NOAA’s LabView Enterprise Program EA-15701 to support the Chemical Sciences Laboratory (CSL) in Boulder, CO.
   
   This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
    
2. A list of line-item numbers, items, quantities, and units of measure can be found in the SF1449 within the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0497.
    
3. Description of requirements and documentation supporting brand name only for the items to be acquired can be found in the attachment labeled Brand Name Justification 145036-26-0011.
    
4. Dates, place of delivery, and place of acceptance can be found in clauses CAR 1352.246-70 and CAR 1352.270-70 within Section 3 - Contract Terms and Conditions of the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0297. Acceptance terms for this solicitation are f.o.b. destination only.
