AMENDMENT 2 DETAILS

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Update Attachment 1 - SOW dated 5 May 2026 to remove any reference to AASHTO.
2. Update Attachment 2 - Specifications to clear up ambiguities regarding the use of crushed concrete and remove any reference to AASHTO.
3. Update Attachment 3 - Questions to clarify the answer to question 5.
4. Extend quote due date to no later than (NLT) close of business (COB) 11 May, 2026.
Note: A signed copy of this amendment is required in order for your offer to be considered for award.

Please note a signed copy of this amendment (FA481426Q00100002) is required to be submitted along with any quotes to be considered for award.

ALL DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO AVON PARK AIR FORCE RANGE (ZIP - 33825).
