Notice of Intent to Sole Source

Action: The Department of the Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 / FAR 13.106-1(b) for the acquisition of a test antenna system and associated components.

Requirement: The items must meet strict technical, mechanical, and operational interface specifications compatible with existing infrastructure. The Government does not own the proprietary technical data, software, or tooling required to compete this effort.

Responses: Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating their technical capabilities to satisfy the requirement. Submissions will be used solely to determine if a competitive procurement can be conducted. Please see attached JA and BoM for specifications.
