GIMC Preventative Maintenance Services for two (2) RTHB Series R™ CenTraVac Chillers

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit, Gallup Indian Medial Center, located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, NM, 87301, has an upcoming requirement for preventive maintenance services for two (2) RTHB Series R™ CenTraVac chillers. The period of performance will be one (1) base year plus four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. 

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00181 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by Monday, June 8, 2026.  Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price.  Quotes will be due on or by Friday, June 12, 2026.  The acquisition is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
