(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested - a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1333MF26Q0046 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for installation and wiring in of a Delta-T 20-Ton chiller unit and twenty-four (24) new light fixtures. Both the new chiller unit and light fixtures will be supplied by the government.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 238210. The small business size standard is $19.0m in average annual receipts.

The Government intends to award a trade-off/best value single award firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.
