Keesler Air Force Base Commercial Wireless Internet Services in accordance with (IAW) Performance Work Statement (PWS)

6 July 26 - Post Amendment 0002 for the following: extend solicitation close date to 15 July 26 at 10:00 a.m., upate the period of performance and delivery dates to 01 Aug 26 through 31 Jul 31, extend the date questions may be submitted in writing to 08 Jul 26 at 10:00 a.m.,Update the quantity and unit for all VOIP CLINS, update the PWS to reflect VOIP for 3 seats, remind offerors to follow Instructions outlined in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1. The quote must include a completed copy of the SF 1449 and a completed copy of all amendments (SF 30).

All site visit participants must have a base pass in order to attend. Unless you already have base access i.e. retired military ID card or have a current badge/pass due to an ongoing contract held on Keesler AFB, a pass must be obtained from the Keesler AFB visitor center. Participation is limited to NO MORE THAN 2 representatives from a company. An email containing the full name (as it appears on their REAL identification card) of each site visit attendee must be sent to stacey.zawalski@us.af.mil no later than 12 May 2026 at 9:30 a.m. CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a form of REAL ID-compliant identification, and if driving, vehicle registration and vehicle proof of insurance document.

Participants may pickup their pass from the visitor center at Division Street Gate entrance to Keesler AFB at least two (2) hours before the site visit is scheduled. Visitor Center hours of operation are Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST and Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. It is highly recommended to arrive at the visitor center at least two (2) hours before the scheduled start time of the site visit, as the average wait time at the visitor center can range from 45 to 90 minutes. The visitor center is normally the least busy between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. CST. Please plan to get your base pass early, as we do not want to delay the site visit start time due to waiting on participants to get their pass.

Participants will meet at 500 Fisher Street, Building 701, Keesler AFB, MS, 39534 on the specified date and time of the scheduled site visit.
