AMENDMENT 0001:

The purpose of this amednment is to provide site visit date and time, and to provide answers to questions submitted by interested contractors.

SITE VISIT: 

One site visit is scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2026, 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CDT.  Site visit point of contact:  Mark Cumming, (608)910-3366, mark.cumming@usda.gov. 

Q1:  Does this solicitation require the snow to be hauled off the site?

A1:  No, the snow does not need to be hauled offsite.

Q2:  Is there any incumbent/recompete or is this a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number?

A2:  C.S. Adams Management and Consulting Group LLC, Award #12505B24P0013 - $132,098.00 (Base Year + Four Option Years).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0432 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Snow Removal & Ice Treatment services in accordance with Statement of Work attachment.  Base Year + Four Option Years. Period of Performance:  07/01/2026 – 06/30/2031.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730. The small business size standard is $9.5 million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
