21 August 2026: The purpose of this amendment is to perform the following changes (additions are provided in blue font and deletions in red): 1. Revise solicitation Section 00 21 00, para. 1.5.4.1 to include written explanation of past performance data supplied for a firm whose CAGE code and UEI do not match the CAGE code and UEI of the Offeror required via para. 4.3.1.4 in page count exclusion. 2. Revise solicitation Section 00 73 00, Section I to require a certified Italian translation of the performance and payment security requirements and clarify that the certified Italian version will satisfy the Italian bank guarantee (fidejussione) for the Comune di Longare requirement. 3. Distribute VINCA approval. See Attachment B08- W912PF26RA011_ATT11_VINCA_APPROVAL 4. Update Government contact in SF1442 Block 7 and 9. Note: Government Points of Contacts (POC) for the solicitation, identified in Section 00 21 00, para. 1.2, remain unchanged.
