Changes are as follows:

1.The purpose of this modification is to provide official notification of the scheduled site
visit and establish procedures for companies wishing to attend.

2. A site visit will be conducted as follows:

4. Attendance Requests
Any company that has not previously submitted a request to attend the site visit shall submit
its attendance request no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled site visit.
Attendance requests shall be submitted to both of the following Government representatives:

Requests should include, at a minimum:
Company Name
Names of all attendees
Company email addresses
Company telephone number
Failure to submit an attendance request at least 24 hours prior to the site visit may result in the Government being unable to accommodate attendance due to installation access requirements.

5. Remaining Terms and Conditions
Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of Solicitation No. Amendment 02 6923G226R000002 remain unchanged and in full force and effect

Changes are as follows:
SF-1449 Corrected all Contract Line Item (CLIN) Periods of Performance to end on March 31 rather 
than March 30.

Section L.2 Proposal due date revised to: July 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of Solicitation 6923G226R000002 remain  unchanged and in full force and effect.

The Department of Transportation(DOT), Maritime Administration(MARAD), and the U.S.Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) seeks a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform full scale food services as defined in the Performance Work Statement and expressed in the vendor’s proposal per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract, in accordance with the Performance Requirements Summary and as recognized by industry standards, Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, and the approved Transition-In Plan to be incorporated into the contract.
