Plumas NF 1 EA Compact Mini Excavator w/2 buckets - AMENDMENT 1 -SOLICITATION

This is an Amendment to this solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, clarify Minimum Specifications and add a Q&A document for the product(s) being procured in this solicitation.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.   Only one award will be completed from this solicitation. All Interested Vendors who have already submitted Quotes, see instructions in the body of the SF30 for this amendment. Those Vendors who have submitted Quotes, but do wish to update their Quotes at this time, and/or other vendors who have not yet submitted quotes and would like to at this time, must complete both the SF30 as state in the instructions mentioned, along with  completing Blocks 17a and 30a-30c on page one of the SF1449. Return both Document in their entirety  with all required documentation listed in Solicitation, by the Due Date/Time. INCOMPLETE QUOTES OR LATE QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 333120 The small business size standard is 1,250 Employees.   This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
