The Air Force Test Center’s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) located in Tennessee is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government’s requirement to conduct a survey of existing 161 kV cables at Arnold AFB, TN.

INTRODUCTION:
The Government requires two Close Interval and Direct Voltage Current Gradient surveys to be conducted at Arnold AFB, TN. Scope includes approximately 19,938 linear feet of underground 161kV oil filled pipeline (system 1) and 3,500 linear feet of underground fuel pipeline (system 2). See Attachment 1 – Technical Requirements for additional details.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE:

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541330 Engineering Services. The anticipated Product/Service Code (PSC) is J059 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components.
 

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

Responses should include:

1. Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e-mail address of company point of contact.
2. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number.
3. Overview of company’s technical capabilities including confirmation of key personnel with qualifications meeting the requirements in Attachment 1.

Submission: Provide your company’s overview of technical capabilities to meet the subject requirement no later than 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on 28 April 2026, via email to Ms. Haley Smith at haley.smith.10@us.af.mil.
