THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.

This is an Intent to sole source to the Technical Service Group (TSG); please see attachment for related Statement of Work (SOW).

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors might work but remembered the restriction. with a large business size standard of $19,000,000 The Product Service Code for this acquisition is N099 Equipment Related Services — Installation of Equipment.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00 P.M August 5th 2026.

All documents submitted will not be returned. If any vendor beilives they can meet the requirements listed in the SOW, please reach out to Contract Specialist JOHN L. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements.
