Rewind - 100 KVA Single Phase Transformers

DESCRIPTION:

7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB is requesting the repair of (4) 100 KVA ABB 120/208VAC transformers.

OTHER INFORMATION:

The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION:

E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting

Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*).
2. Technical Plan IAW SOW

* The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer.

Deadline for Questions pertaining to this solicitation: Questions shall be sent to the email addresses: cameron.gause@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil no later than (NLT) 31 August 2026, 2:00 p.m. (CDT).

Deadline for receipt of offers: NLT 8 September 2026, 3:00 p.m. (CDT). All quotes shall be emailed to  cameron.gause@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil.

*** Amendment 01 - The purpose of this amendment is to replace the SOW with a version that is accessible for contractors to view and read. ***

*** Amendment 02 - The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:

1. The requirement quantity has changed from 2 to 4 transformers that need repair.  The SOW has been revised to reflect this change. 

2. The questions and answers document has been posted, along with the pictures of all the transformer data plates. ***
