Superior NF ERFO Repairs on FR199 & FR200

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD BPA CALL

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. QUOTES RECEIVED FROM NON-BPA HOLDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR LOOKED AT.

This synopsis is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a BPA Call from an established BPA for Region 9 Roads and does not constitute a request for quotes or submission of any information in response to this notification. Only contractors with an active BPA for the respective zone will be eligible for this call order.

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in the Contracting Desk Book. BPA calls over $25,000 require synopsis to the government point of entry, even if a synopsis was done at the BPA level.
The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call for ERFO Repairs on FR199 & FR200 on the Superior National Forest.

This procurement is restricted to the approved eligible companies. 

This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call against the Region 9 Roads Blanket Purchase Agreements previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at https://sam.gov/content/home.  The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.

Work includes but is not limited to: furnishing all labor, material, services, and equipment to repair the two National Forest System Roads FR200 Hilda Creek Rd and FR199 Huntingshack River Rd. Work will consist of hauling and spreading crushed aggregate, installing culverts and accessories, disposing of existing culverts according to all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining and creating drainage features such as ditching, installing permanent traffic control devices and all other services to provide a final usable product to the US Forest Service..
