This ensures all vendors can assess ceiling structure, med gas routing, conduit pathways, lighting locations, network connections, and integration requirements. Attendance is not required to submitting a quotation. The Government will post a written summary of questions and answers (Q&A) and any clarifying information resulting from the site visit for all prospective offerors.
