Regional Educational Laboratory Program: 2027 – 2031 Cycle

The U.S. Department of Education (Department) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services support. The size standard is $24.5M. The Department intends to award up to ten (10) IDIQ awards as a result of this RFP, one per REL Region. The period of performance for the IDIQ will consist of a 60-month ordering period. The Department intends on awarding the first task order (Task Order #001) at the time of IDIQ award. The period of performance for Task Order #001 will be from 01/03/2027 to 01/02/2028 and is subject to availability of funds.
