Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W50S7G-26-Q-A021 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $19M. This requirement is a 8(a) small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotations.
The Missouri Air National Guard (139th Airlift Wing) has a requirement for Dual - Classification Video Teleconference system in Rausin Auditorium, Commanders Conference Room, Logistics Plans Work center and AATTC Room 14 & 15. Contractor will provide a full installation of a Dual-Classification system.

***There will be a site visit on 14 September 2026 @ 1:00 pm (local). Please contact joshua.zachariah.2@us.af.mil by 8 Sept to coordinate base access for the site visit. Note: All attendees will be required to submit a police record check form and provide REAL ID compliant identification in order to be granted access to the site visit location. The meeting location for this will be the Rausin Auditorium, in Bldg 51 (2nd floor).***
Project drawings will be provided, upon request, to responsible sources that are eligible to compete for this contract opportunity. For this solicitation, a responsible source is defined as a company whose primary business is the sale and/or installation of audio/video teleconferencing equipment, has a satisfactory past performance record, and is an 8(a) small business. Requests for project drawings may be submitted to joshua.zachariah.2@us.af.mil and stephen.j.miller1.civ@army.mil.
Basis of Award: The basis of award will be a best value determination. A balanced evaluation approach will consider both price and discriminating non-price factors to identify the solution that results in the greatest overall benefit to the government. The Contracting Officer will determine that the awardee represents the best value (as defined in FAR 2.101) to meet the Government's needs. Vendors will be evaluated based on a comparative analysis of the quotations on the factors of (a) Price, (b) Technical Capability, and (c) Delivery Schedule. The total quoted price shall be all-inclusive to carry out the Statement of Requirements. If offeror fails to fully demonstrate quoted products and services meet the requirements, they shall be considered not technically acceptable or non-responsive.
