The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract under the authority of RFO 6.103-5 to AvMedical, LLC, 727 Kathleen Dr., Pulaski, TN 38478 for the procurement of the services required to assemble, test, install, integrate, warranty and/or maintain the Philips Physiological Patient Monitoring Systems at VA Medical Center located in Oklahoma City, OK, Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System (OKC VA HCS).

The anticipated award date is September 18, 2026.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources and interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirement by submitting technical data for this requirement data within 8 calendar days of this notice posting (no later than Sept 18, 2026, by 10:00 AM PST, to Ian Putnam, via email at ian.putnam@va.gov which shall be considered by the agency.
