Sources Sought Fort Leavenworth Underground Fuel Tank Testing Services INTRODUCTION The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Underground Fuel Tank Testing and Maintenance on Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. PROGRAM BACKGROUND: Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, Department of Public Works (DPW) Environmental Division requires Underground Storage Tank Testing with Veeder Root systems to ensure compliance with Kansas Department of Health and Environment regulations. There are ten (10) underground fuel storage tanks on Fort Leavenworth equipment with Veeder Root 350+ or 450+ monitoring systems, spill buckets, and overfill valves. These systems require state-mandated annual testing and system repair to retain compliance with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment standards and regulations. The NAICS code for this procurement is “541620 – Environmental Consulting Services” with a size standard of $19 Million. In response to this sources sought, please provide: 1.
