The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted by prospective contractors, revise documents due to typographical errors, and extend the RFQ Response date to 8 September 10:00 AM PT.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for six (6) survival kits for delivery to Fairchild AFB, WA. Please see the attached documents for further details.
