27 SOCONS JRC VTC

The Government needs a complete, easy-to-use audio visual and video teleconferencing system for the JRC Conference Room. The contractor must provide the equipment, installation, programming, testing, training, documentation, and one-year warranty needed for a working system.
The main feature is a single wired USB-C connection at the podium. A user will connect a Government laptop and use the room cameras, microphones, loudspeakers, televisions, and projector with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or another Government-approved conferencing program. A dedicated room codec is not needed.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse any offeror for any costs.
