FCI Leavenworth Mattresses

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for FCI Leavenworth for the procurement of matresses prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. FCI Leavenworth is in need of 1,900 mattresses for the facility. The period of service will be from April 24, 2026 to May 8, 2026. The mattresses must be polyester core, with pillow, clear foam, and 25x75x6 in size. This will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract and is set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 33791. Any interested parties must submit their quote in writing to Kathleen Wood, Contract Specialist, at kwood1@bop.gov.
