Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410 PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Bid-Build project that includes demolition and construction of a new IR Cath-Lab and associated spaces on the second floor of the VA Medical Center at West Palm Beach, FL. The proposed renovations are located adjacent to the existing Cardiac Lab 2B-238 and modernize approximately 2,110 square feet to the minimum requirements of a Hybrid OR space in accordance with the Surgical and Endovascular Services Design Guide, VA design manuals, design guides and specifications.
