The U.S. Government requests companies with the proficiency and financial means to provide services in relation to residential plumbing renovation:

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:

Areas included in this scope:

• Ground Floor Bathroom (Toilet, single basin with mixer, and medicine cabinet with mirror)
• Master Bathroom Ensuite — Upper Floor (Double sinks, vanity and cabinet, shower, toilet, and bathtub)
• Bathroom 2 — Upper Floor Passage (Double sinks, vanity and cabinet, shower, toilet, and bathtub)
• Staff Quarters Kitchen (Double sink installation, full floor and wall tiling)
• Staff Quarters Bathroom (Toilet, single basin, medicine cabinet with mirror, and shower)
• Laundry Area (Washing machine cold water point, double wash trough, full floor and wall tiling)
• Heat Pump Installation (Two integrated heat pump geysers — supplied by U.S. Government; positions to be confirmed on site)

A compulsory site meeting will be held on 9 September 2026, at 10am at 214 Canopus str,  Waterkloof, Pretoria, South Africa.

A final scope of work will be sent to all who attended the site meeting.

Due date for tenders is C.O.B. on 16 September 2026.

U.S Government Payment terms:

Note that NO DEPOSIT payments will be authorized.

The Embassy issues only fixed priced contracts; therefore, you must confirm that your prices will remain fixed. The US Embassy will make no provision for fluctuations in price or exchange rates once the order has been placed. If your price is dependent on these fluctuations, you MUST make provision for possible increases in your quoted price.

Available Payment methods:

EFT – Payment will be made within 30 calendar days after delivery of goods and/or services AND receipt of invoice, whichever is later.

The attached FAR and DOSAR clauses attached form part of this contract.
