Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the furnishing and installation modular stand-alone refrigeration wall systems to the embassy food and beverage shop at the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy.

The Government will hold a site visit and a conference to discuss the requirements of this solicitation on September 02, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time at the American Embassy in Rome, Via Sallustiana, 49 Rome. 

Offerors interested in attendance should e-mail the name and company name of all individuals who will represent the company to the pre-quotation conference to the following e-mail address RomeGSOProcurement@state.gov no later than September 01, at 12:00 noon local time.
