The Department of Veterans Affairs, Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus, intends to award a sole source, BPA base plus two option years, firm fixed price contract to LPIT Solutions, Inc. under the authority of RFO FAR12.201-1 to LPIT Solutions, Inc., 25 Commerce Avenue SW, Suite 200, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 for their TrackCore Inventory Management Software Licenses.
The VA NYHHS, Margaret Cochran Corbin Campus requires the procurement of TrackCore Operating Room (OR) inventory management software and associated RFID functionality to support surgical inventory tracking, implant management, and regulatory compliance.
TrackCore Operating Room software is an inventory and implant tracking system used in surgical environments to manage:
Implantable devices (e.g., orthopedic implants, cardiac devices)
High-value surgical supplies
Lot and serial number tracking
Expiration date monitoring
RFID-enabled real-time inventory visibility
Recall management
Regulatory documentation and reporting
At VA NYHHS, TrackCore shall ensure that the right implant or supply is available, tracked, and documented for each veteran surgical case.

The Contractor shall provide:
Two (2) TrackCore Operating Room Software Annual Licenses
Full access to TrackCore OR inventory management platform
Software updates and version upgrades
Technical support
System maintenance and security updates
TrackCore RFID Annual License for Ten (10) RFID Units
Licensing for ten (10) RFID readers/devices currently deployed
RFID tracking functionality integration with OR software
System support and firmware updates as applicable
The software and RFID licensing shall ensure uninterrupted system functionality for the duration of the contract period.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to April 28th, 2026. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
