Under Statutory Authority Public Law 109 Sec. 502 and VAAR 819.7008, the Government anticipates entering into a sole-source procurement with L1 Enterprises Medical Equipment and Supplies, a certified/verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for the lease, installation, configuration of web-based management software, as needed, and annual preventative maintenance of fifteen (15) alEX Machines at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in Bronx, NY. A determination that only one SDVOSB can meet the requirement is not required. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
