AMENDMENT 0001: SITE VISIT NOTIFICATION

The purpose of this amendment is to schedule an organized site visit for this requirement. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

Site Visit: Wednesday, 29 April 2026 at 2:00 P.M. EDT.

• Interested vendors must email the Contract Specialist, Binod Pathak (binod.pathak.1@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, Dimas Bernacchia (dimas.bernacchia.2@us.af.mil), no later than Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. EDT to confirm attendance and facilitate visitor access.

• Please provide the full names of all attendees, company name, and contact information in the email, ID/Divers License # and DOB.

• Attendees must possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance to enter the installation, in accordance with the Security Requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.

The 436 Civil Engineer Squadron, Dover Air Force Base (DE), requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of existing lighting with LED luminaires in Building 704. The requirement includes installation, disposal of existing fixtures, and associated electrical services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00.
