PHOTOGRAPHY CONCESSIONAIRE - RICHMOND MWR

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for non-personal Portrait Photography Services at the Defense Depot in Richmond, Virginia. This is a multiple-award, concessionaire-type contract. The contractor will operate the photography service and share a percentage of the gross revenue with the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI).

• Service Required: Portrait Photography Services

• Contract Type: Concessionaire (Revenue Sharing: 20% to NAFI / 80% to Contractor)

• Period of Performance: The contract will have a base period of one year, from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with four (4) subsequent one-year option periods.

• SAM.gov Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity ID (UEI) to be eligible for an award.
