The purpose of this amendment is to update the incorporated statement of work and provide RFI responses. The hour and date specified for receipt of offer, the solicitation close date, remains August 12, 2026 at 4:00 PM (PT).

Contractors must acknowledge this amendment by signing blocks 15A-C on the SF30 and submitting it to GSA with their quote. A complete submission must include a detailed breakdown and all SF30 amendment documents.

All other terms, conditions, and clauses of this solicitation remain unchanged.
