Grounds Maintenance Services, Edward MacDowell Lake, Peterborough, NH

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to perform the grounds maintenance services at the Edward MacDowell Lake Project. Grounds maintenance services include a spring/fall grounds clean-up, ditch-line cleaning, ditch-line trimming, weekly mowing and trimming, annual mowing and trimming, and weekend picnic shelter cleaning, including shelter area walkways. Mowing and trimming areas include changes in terrain such as steep slopes, rocky areas, wet areas, and areas with stumps and other obstacles. All work shall be completed in accordance with the following Performance Work Statement.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
