ONLY MACC Holders of the DESIGN-BUILD (DB) / DESIGN-BID-BUILD (DBB), INDEFINITE DELIVERY / INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ), MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR NEW LONDON, CT / NEWPORT, RI are permitted to bid:

3. N40085-22-D-0024 CCI Facility Support Services, LLC
4. N40085-22-D-0025 Doyon Management Services, LLC

Base bid: Provides comprehensive and independent design packages for all work in Bldg 689 and Bldg 688. The base bid also includes the construction of all work related to Bldg 689. The contract also includes four options:

Option one: Includes the construction of all work to provide fan/lights in rooms on the first deck of Bldg 688 all designed electrical upgrades panelboards in Bldg 688 along with fan/lights in rooms on the first deck of Bldg 688.

Option two: Includes the construction of all designed work to provide fan/lights on the second deck of Bldg 688.

Option three: Includes the construction of all designed work to provide fan/lights on the third deck of Bldg 688.

Option four: Includes the construction of all designed work to provide repairs to the lightning protection system on Bldg 688.
