37th TRG Family Retreat

The 37 TRG True North Religious Support Team (RST) has a requirement for one nonpersonal service to host a spiritual retreat on behalf of the 502d Air Base Wing (ABW) Chaplain Corps with the intent of assisting with building healthy family relationships between military members and their children. Specific requirements are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and summarized below:
• Single, all-inclusive location for lodging, meals, and conference facilities from a smoke-free, family-friendly resort.
• Attendance: Up to 44 adults, 45 children.
• Lodging: Twelve (22) rooms for a duration of one (1) night and two (2) days.
• Meals: Buffet-style breakfast  served in a private conference room.
• Facilities: Conference space with standard A/V, tables, and seating to accommodate all attendees for meetings and meals. On-site family recreation (water park, arcade, bowling) and essential family amenities like highchairs and changing tables.
Pricing Structure: All-inclusive nightly rate that covers all meals, lodging, conference space, and standard amenities in a single cost.
