Spring Cleanup Lawn Mowing/Weed Whip/Fall clean up on the Deer River Ranger District Compound per statement of work.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1244466Q0049  is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Spring Clean up,Lawn Mowng/Weed Whip/Fall clean up on the Deer River Ranger District Compound per statement of work. 

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720  The small business size standard is Total Small Business   This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

The Contractor shall maintain all designated lawn areas within the Deer River Ranger District office compound (located at approximately 1235 Division Street, Deer River, MN) to ensure a neat, professional appearance. Services include routine mowing, trimming, edging (as needed), and seasonal clean-ups. All work shall be performed in a safe, efficient manner, complying with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA standards and USDA Forest Service guidelines for environmental protection
