VOLUME 1: Technical Volume

Quotes shall be provided on company letterhead, single page with company name, logo,address, Point of Contact, contact info, etc…. Cage Code, DUNS Number, Tax ID numberand GSA Schedule Contract Number must be included (if applicable). The Government seeks additional discounts.
All prospective offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/porta1/public/SAM.

1c. CARFAX report for each vehicle

VOLUME 2: Price
The Government will evaluate the total evaluated price.
