Sulphur Ranger District Green Ridge Water Augmentation

Solicitation number 1240LQ26Q0010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Sulphur Ranger District Water Augmentation Services. Contractor will provide technical expertise to complete the necessary analyses for the Substitute Water Supply Plans (SWSP), Plan of Augmentation, draft decree, or engineering reports that would be required for filing with Colorado Water Court. This will include providing expertise needed for the filing, coordinating with the attorneys that would represent the US Forest Service within the Office of General Counsel (OGC) and US. Department of Justice (DOJ) and addressing the concerns of any interested public water rights holders involved in the case.
