***Amend 0001***The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Office of Management Services, has a requirement for Storm Water Retention Pond Rehabilitation services, to be delivered to Reston, VA within 90 calendar days after receipt of award.

In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to award a competitive purchase order in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. The anticipated award date of the contract is 9/23/2026. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov to be awarded the purchase order.
